1. Introduction

Welcome to Gleetime! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gleetime mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Slickup LLC, doing business as Gleetime ("Gleetime," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including account holders, subscribers, parents or guardians, and anyone accessing the platform on behalf of a family.

2. Eligibility

Gleetime is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to create accounts or use the Service independently. Parents or legal guardians may create and manage profiles or activity preferences for their children within their own account.

By using Gleetime, you affirm that you are legally eligible to enter into these Terms and are responsible for any activity conducted through your account.

3. Account Registration

To use Gleetime, you must create an account by providing a valid phone number. You may also be asked to provide your name and email address for communication and subscription management.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false information, violates these Terms, or engages in misuse of the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Gleetime is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you gain access to premium content, features, and activities. Certain content may be available for free as a trial or on a limited basis.

A. Billing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Gleetime does not store your payment information directly. You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method.

B. Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support at bond@gleetime.com. No refunds are provided for partial use or early cancellation, unless required by law.

C. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess it. Continued failure may result in suspension or cancellation of your access to the Service.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use Gleetime only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service.

You agree not to:

• Share or distribute inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful content
• Upload content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the Service or its data
• Share your account credentials with others

You are fully responsible for all content you submit, including reviews, photos, and stories. Gleetime reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or may harm the Gleetime community.

6. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

A. Your Content

When you upload, submit, or share content through Gleetime - such as reviews, images, activity responses, or stories - you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Gleetime a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with our Service and marketing efforts.

We may use such content to promote Gleetime on social media, in-app, or on our website, without additional consent or compensation.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit any content and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.

B. Our Content

All content provided by Gleetime - including activities, stories, illustrations, games, software, and branding - is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may use Gleetime's content solely for personal, non-commercial family use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

7. Termination

You may stop using Gleetime at any time by canceling your subscription or deleting your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including if:

• You violate these Terms
• We detect fraudulent or harmful behavior
• Payment fails and remains unresolved
• We are required to do so by law or court order

Termination may result in deletion of your content, data, and access. Gleetime is not liable for any loss resulting from suspension or termination.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

A. No Guarantees

Gleetime is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to deliver a safe, enriching experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or that the Service will meet every user's needs. We disclaim all warranties - express or implied - including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

B. Parental Responsibility

Gleetime is intended to be used by adults. You are solely responsible for supervising your child's use of the app, evaluating activity appropriateness, and ensuring safe participation in physical or digital tasks.

C. Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slickup LLC, doing business as Gleetime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service - including lost data, injury during activities, or unauthorized account access.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business operations. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and may notify you through the app, email, or other reasonable means.

Continued use of the Service after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the United States of America, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
